Upon being an exchange student and discovering the many places and meeting new people, I realized that beyond the borders of my home country is an even bigger canvas. One that should never be over thought of as we all share one world. I was I shy and introverted kid that had problems with socializing with others. I tried to overcome this fear of shyness by completing the goals in my like of being an effective leader someone people could look up to.
I took on many projects in my lifetime and thought that something like this, an exchange would feed my needs of gaining a better perspective about the world. That was when I decided that in order to achieve that ambition, I would do an exchange. A journey that no other kid has been on and thought it I learn a lot about how people grow and survive.
I was an exchange student in Ecuador for one month.
