Orientation Meeting I. for Inbounds

I think it was one of the most anticipated weekends for me, and for all the other inbounds from district 2240. It was finally time to meet Brazilians (which meant that after almost 40 days here, I would finally be able to speak Portuguese), and all the other exchange students, meet people from all over the world and I will spend a year “living” with them.

I really loved this day, the atmosphere was always great! Whether it was at the bowling alley, at the show, or even between the streets of the city, everyone was cheering, singing, dancing, laughing It was really incredible! To conclude, it was a great weekend, and I can’t wait to see them all again in March during our ski week!

Tak jako každý rok v létě, tak také letos k nám do distriktu přicestovalo více než 80 zahraničních studentů, kteří v Česku a na Slovensku stráví svůj výměnný rok. Během předposledního zářijového víkendu jsme v krásném moravském městě Kroměříž přivítali tzv. inboundy v našem distriktu. Úkolem členů Distriktního výboru výměny mládeže a členů Rotexu (bývalých výměnných studentů) bylo během tohoto meetingu seznámit studenty s naším distriktem, jeho činovníky a s pravidly, která musí studenti dodržovat pro úspěšné absolvování ročního výměnného pobytu.
