Through my experience with Rotary Youth Exchange, I have met people from all corners of the earth with at minimum just a few things in common as every other student in this program. With RYE I have made some friends that share things with me that not even my best friends back home don’t. I believe that with the power of social media and the internet, some of these exchange students will stay in contact well into their adult life, rotary brings people together in the most extraordinary way.
