Dobrý deň!!!
I made it to Košice where I met my very welcoming family. My “mami”, “dadi”, and brother Sean (exchange student from Taiwan) are awesome and are keeping a smile on my face constantly. We got to our home around 3 pm and had lunch together which was followed by me taking a nap. I never appreciated naps as a child, but now napping is a bit of hobby. I woke up and we had “brinvza” for supper. It’s basically a sheep cheese spread with onions that we enjoyed on toast. It was so good and I was assured that there would always be some in the fridge.
After supper our family went to a light festival to watch an amazing fireworks show with lightning in the background. It was a great outing and welcoming experience.
