Ski Week
Ski week is a voluntary 6 days event in Jasná, the biggest ski resort in Slovakia. The program is mainly focused on skiing and snowboarding and students have a unique chance to learn how to ski or snowboard. Students are divided into groups by their skills and have a ski/snowboard lessons with instructors during the day. Beginners learn how to ski/snowboard and more advanced skiers/snowboarders improve on many of Jasna‘s slopes.
One afternoon of the week students visit Demanovska Cave of Liberty and aquapark Tatralandia in Liptovský Mikuláš with water slides. There is also a possibility of going night skiing or sledding in the evenings and plenty of free time to play games. This event is paid by the students. Those students who are really successful in learning Czech or Slovak language and have the best grades of the language tests, could go to Ski Week for free. The price is different every year but it is approximately 390 €.
